In order for the company’s communication and cooperation with the clients to be more convenient, effective and productive this revision policy based on the key rules has been created.

The customer is enabled by the company to get unlimited and free revision service within 10 days after the written paper has been delivered to him or her.

Check the key terms of sending the revision request, revision instructions requirements and its performance:

  1. Revision instructions should be not contradicting or different to those, which were provided by the customer at the very beginning (with placing the order). In case the customer is willing to get a revised paper basing on the modified or changed instructions the additional charge for such type of service will be required, however, we assure that the email notification and the link for payment will be sent.

    The amount of how much you need to pay will depend on your revision time limitation, or in some cases the payment for revision is 70% of initial price;

  2. Revision is requested by sending a message to the writer with your revision requirements, commentaries or instructions. Alternatively, you may contact our support team with the help of sending an email, contacting in live chat or via phone call in order to get the detailed instructions of setting your order for revision;
  3. The time frame for free revisions is 10 days after the completed or final version of the order has been delivered to the customer. In case you would like to get your paper fixed after 10 days period has expired the additional cost will be needed and charged;
  4. In case you are not contented and satisfied or have complaints regarding the current writer performance in your order you have an opportunity to request the writer’s reassignment. Please, note and take into consideration that the writer may be reassigned only after at least 3 revisions have been checked and completed by the writer who was first assigned for this order completion.

    Also, we need to get strong, convincing and reasonable arguments from the customer to assign a different writer;

  5. The customer has an opportunity to open a dispute on his or her order only after at least 1 revision has been made for the order with our service for 4, 8, 12 or 24 hours deadline and minimum two revisions – for the orders with longer than 24 hours deadlines;
  6. The shortest allowed time frame that can be indicated by the customer for revising the work is 3 hours for the orders placed for not urgent deadlines, and 2 hours for the orders with 4 and 8 hours’ deadlines.

    In certain cases and situations we are forced to ask the customer for the order’s deadline extension in order to provide the client with the quality paper or any other work. If the customer has agreed on the deadline extension issuing money back for lateness of the order is not possible;

  7. We do not provide any refund for the lateness with revision. In case the customer does not send a request for the refund for the order it will never be issued back;
  8. If the customer has opened a dispute on the certain order other revisions are no more possible for it.
