Revision Policy

We designed this revision policy to make communication and cooperation with our first-time and regular customers more convenient and effective. Each customer is eligible to use the unlimited and free revision service within 10 days after the paper was delivered to him or her.

Please check the key terms of using the revision service, sending the revision request and providing revision instructions:

  1. Revision instructions should not contradict to or differ from the ones provided when placing the order. In case the customer is willing to get a revised paper according to the modified or changed instructions, the additional charge for such type of service will be required. Our customer support manager will send the link for payment.

    The required payment will depend on the deadline for revision and the amendments needed. The cost of revision is no more than 70% of initial price.

  2. Revision should be requested by sending a message to the writer with your revision requirements and comments. Alternatively, you may contact our support team about the help with sending an email. Send a chat message or give a phone call to get the detailed instructions for ordering revision.

  3. Free revisions are available within 10 days after the first version of the ordered paper was delivered to the customer. In case you would like to get the paper fixed after this 10-day period expired, the additional cost will be charged.

  4. In case you are not satisfied with the current writer’s performance, you have an opportunity to request writer’s reassignment. Please take into consideration that the current writer may be reassigned only after he or she completes at least 3 revisions. Also, we kindly ask you to send us strong, convincing, and reasonable arguments so we assign a different writer.

  5. The customer has an opportunity to open a dispute over his or her urgent order, with the 4, 8, 12, or 24-hour deadline set, after at least 1 revision was made. If the set deadline takes is than 24 hours, your order should be revised at least twice so you are eligible to open a dispute over it.

  6. The shortest deadline that can be indicated for revising the paper is 3 hours if the order is not urgent. (That is if the initial deadline is more than 24 hours.) If the order is urgent (with the 4, 8, 12, or 24-hour deadline set), the shortest revision deadline is 2 hours.

    In certain cases, we have to ask the customer to extend the deadline in order to deliver the flawless paper. If the customer agrees on the deadline extension, no compensation for delayed delivery can be provided.

  7. We do not provide any refund for the lateness with revision. In case the customer does not send a request for the refund for the order it will never be issued back;

  8. If the customer opens a dispute over the order, the revision option is not available any longer.

  9. Big Orders Delivered Part by Part: Free Revisions Deadlines. In case an order requires more than 30 pages to be done part by part, the deadline for free revisions is prolonged to 20 days. This deadline is separately applied to each particular part delivered and is calculated from the moment of the delivery (the length of the part does not matter). The payment for a revision prolongs the period for possible free revisions. One gets extra 10 days from the payment date to request free revisions an unlimited number of times for short orders (under 30 pages), and 20 days for big ones (30 pages or more).

  10. Grade confirmation. Our clients have an opportunity to send us back the comments of their professors about the research paper. In case you will provide our company with a valid review and grade confirmation of your educational institution, we, in turn, can guarantee a free revision of the work according to the professor’s notes within four months. Please, bear in mind that our writing service can’t guarantee you a specific grade, though our writers will do their best in order to deliver the high-quality paper.
